Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information?
Public rolls are corrected, portal links and fees change, collections move, and digitization can extend coverage. We try to maintain accurate pages, but no item is guaranteed to be complete or current at a particular time. Verify the record and access details with the responsible custodian.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing published here is legal advice. The site identifies sources and gives general context for Georgetown resident rolls and directories, but it cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access supports transparency and does not authorize harm. Never use information reached here to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure a person. Misuse may violate Kentucky criminal law, federal law, and our Terms of Use.
Outside Search Services
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. Their results, charges, and treatment of submitted data are outside our control. Those results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
Links may lead to the Scott County PVA and clerk, election and court resources, library collections, archives, and similar services. We do not control an external site's content, accuracy, security, or continued availability.
We Do Not Host Records
No government roll, directory volume, court file, deed, or vital record is hosted here. The site directs readers to the offices, libraries, and portals that maintain them. Contact the proper custodian to obtain, certify, verify, or correct an official record.
